Easy plug-n-play installation
This switch offers auto-negotiation of 10Mbps/100Mbps Ethernet data transmission, full duplex/half duplex operation, and flow control. LED indicators show Link, Activity, Collision and Full Duplex. Auto MDI / MDI-X support allows the switch to work with either patch or crossover Ethernet cables.

Supports QoS for Multimedia, and other real-time applications
In addition, it also supports QoS functions with two-level priority queues to improve multimedia or real-time networking applications.

It utilizes a highly integrated Realtek chipset which includes a 4B/5B encoder/decoder, a Manchester encoder/decoder, a scrambler/descrambler, a transmit output driver, output waveshaping circuitry, an on-chip filter, a digital adaptive equalizer, PLL (Phase Locked Loop) circuits & DC restoration circuitry for clock/data recovery.
